Boss: count the dead versions
Every UPDATE and DELETE leaves the old tuple on the page with xmax set.
task
Update ids 1 to 10 (n = n + 1) and delete ids 91 to 95. Then return, for block 0, with_xmax (tuples whose t_xmax <> 0) and total (all tuples).
