COPY TO from a partitioned table
The partition pp_1 stores its columns as (val, id), the parent as (id, val). COPY TO the parent writes the parent's column order.
task
Write lab.pp to /tmp/pp.csv as CSV with a header, load it into lab.dst checking the header (HEADER match), and select lab.dst ordered by id.
