Boss: partition by month
The February report scans every reading, although it only needs one month. Build readings_p partitioned by month, copy the data and run the report from it.
task
Create readings_p partitioned by month (Jan, Feb, Mar 2026), copy readings into it, then run the February report from readings_p. It must read at most 1.5 times the buffers of the reference.
