Frames
A frame says which rows around the current one the function sees. ROWS counts physical rows, so every day must be present.

7-day moving average of daily order counts: for every day from 2025-01-01 to 2026-06-30 (days with no orders count as 0), columns d and the average over that day and the 6 before it.
