Index locality
A random key lands anywhere in a btree, splitting pages everywhere. A time-ordered key always lands on the right-most page. Measure the difference in index size.

Insert 30000 uuid v4 into tu4 and 30000 uuid v7 into tu7 (primary keys) and test whether the v4 index is bigger.
